Stronger Together: Finding Support & Community

 

Join us for a day of education and support, where you will gain practical tools to help you work through day-to-day challenges, plan for the future and build your confidence as a care partner.

Location: Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre, 1808 Wellington Ave, Winnipeg, MB
Cost: $50 (includes a buffet lunch and resources)

Connect with other care partners, engage with community service providers and learn from local and national speakers as we explore topics such as daily care strategies, communication skills, legal matters, responsive behaviours, end-of-life care and more. Register by September 11 for a chance to win a caregiver gift pack!
