Disclaimer
- All pledges must be submitted no later than June 30, 2015 to be eligible for prizes.
- The Alzheimer Society reserves the right to substitute prizes.
- Prizes are distributed at the event. Gift cards will be mailed at a later date.
Team T-Shirts:
Teams raising a minimum of $100 each team member will get their team name printed on the back of their Memory Walk T-shirts. Deadline for registration of Team Members and T-shirt sizes is May 15th, 2015.
Note: To be considered as an official Memory Walk Team, your team must have a minimum of 10 members (Winnipeg Walk only) and your team must commit to raising a minimum of $100 for each participating team member.
