Men’s Coffee Talk Group

Talking it out over coffee.
This group offers male-identifying care partners the opportunity to meet and share information about their experience of caring for a person living with dementia.
How this group can benefit you
These meetings offer a supportive and confidential environment where you can:
- Discuss common concerns and experiences
- Exchange ideas and strategies (coping and/or care-related)
- Enjoy mutual support from others in a casual environment
- Gain knowledge and information regarding the nature and progression of dementia, available treatments and community resources.
This group can also help you feel less isolated by connecting with other male-identifying care partners, maintain positive self-esteem and well-being and cope with changes in your role and relationship with the person living with dementia.
When does this group meet?
Fourth Thursday of every month
10 – 11:30 am
This group has been relocated to the United Church of Meadowood
