Join us for a day of education and support, where you will gain practical tools to help you work through day-to-day challenges, plan for the future and build your confidence as a care partner.
Connect with other care partners, engage with community service providers and learn from local and national speakers as we explore topics such as daily care, mental health and dementia, medication safety, financial matters, responsive behaviours, safety and wandering, end-of-life care and more.
