We are listening to better understand

More than 650,000 Canadians live with dementia, and everyone’s experience is different. However, research shows that some people and communities face higher rates of dementia due to inequality and unequal access to quality health care and support.

At the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, we are passionate and committed to providing support to anyone impacted by dementia.

There is always room for improvement. If you have a concern or suggestion about how we can do better, please contact us.

Testimonial

Sherry and Wilma
I think people here have a hard time talking about dementia, mainly due to lack of education, resources in the community and the stigma around dementia. Having access to information about dementia can help a lot of people in our community.
