About this session:
Regular physical activity boosts the mental and physical well-being of those living with dementia. It may even improve some aspects of memory, sleep, balance and more, whether you have dementia or not.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- How to adapt physical activity to people with dementia depending on level of ability
- Strategies to motivate a person with dementia to participate in physical activities
- Safety measures and considerations
