The Living Well Program
Through this program, people living with early to moderate signs of dementia and their care partners can enjoy hands-on plant-based activities, guided explorations of The Leaf and sharing time in a welcoming community.
Discover the simple pleasures of nature.
Led by a horticultural therapy practitioner, each session offers opportunities to spark creativity, encourage social connections and experience the calming benefits of nature. Refreshments are provided, and no gardening experience is needed.

Location: Tannis M. Richardson Indoor Classroom, 145 The Leaf Way (The Leaf)
Date: Mondays, Nov 2 – Dec 7
Time: 2 – 3:30 pm
Cost: $135.00 + GST per pair
