Residents, family members and concerned citizens are invited to apply for membership on the Advisory Council for Long Term Care that is currently being formed. The Council will provide feedback and advice on the vision and strategy for Long Term Care and will provide input on a broad range of issues that impact the lives of those who require these services.
Interested individuals must apply in writing by November 30, 2013.
