What is First Link®?

Through First Link®, health care professionals can refer people affected by dementia to the Society for support.

Supportive Counselling

Receive information about Alzheimer's or other dementias, care giving strategies, care planning options and community services.

Collecting Demographic Data

Demographic data is a building block in identifying and understanding health inequities and gaps in care, specifically in our service delivery.

Education

If you or someone you know has been diagnosed, the most helpful thing you can do is learn more about the disease.

Support Groups

Support Groups are a safe environment where you can learn, laugh and help each other through mutual understanding.
