Learn the latest on Alzheimer Disease research. The St. Boniface General Hospital Research Foundation has developed an ‘in-house’ neurodegenerative disorders research team. The Division of Neurovirology and Neurodegenerative Disorders (DNND) is working to determine mechanisms underlying, and identify potential treatments for, neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease.

The Alzheimer’s Disease Education & Referral Center (ADEAR) of the National Institute on Aging (USA) provides an online newsletter, Connections, that discusses current issues of concern to all care providers. This site also offers an online order form so that interested viewers may order printed copies of publications.

This site, edited by Gary Barg, provides a weekly online newsletter of interest to caregivers. Online subscriptions can be requested easily via a pop-up screen or on the site’s home page. All articles are not specific to Alzheimer’s disease, but articles are health related and are written in an easy to read manner.
