We’re hiring a full-time Community Outreach Coordinator for our Winnipeg office!
Reporting to the Education Manager, the successful applicant will create community awareness of dementia and brain health and will promote the development of dementia friendly communities.
The person will demonstrate knowledge and skills related to:
- dementia and person-centred care
- community development and intercultural issues
- program planning, implementation and evaluation
- verbal and written communication
Applicants will have post-secondary education and experience in health promotion and community outreach.
