Qualifications for these positions include:

  • Education and experience in the field of dementia care or social services.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of local community resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in fundraising
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently; own transportation
