The successful candidate will:
- Lead the Brandon office team as it coordinates and delivers programs and services for people impacted by dementia, community awareness and fund development activities in the Westman region
- Provide leadership to Alzheimer Society Regional Coordinators in the organization’s 6 rural offices
The candidate will have:
- Understanding of the care and support needs of people with dementia and their care partners
- Experience in program planning and delivery
- Skills in community liaison and relationship building
- Excellent communication skills
- Post-secondary education in health or social services
- A minimum of 5 years experience in staff leadership
