The ongoing labour action at Canada Post may affect the delivery of donations, forms and cards. Here’s how your donation may be impacted:
- Donations sent via mail will be delayed in reaching us. In-person and online donations will not be impacted.
- Hard-copy tax receipts will also be delayed. Mailouts will resume after the strike ends, but email receipts are available as usual.
- Memorial cards sent by mail will be delayed. We’ll resume mailouts once the strike ends.
