First Link® Manager – Full Time (Contract)

First Link® builds relationships with health care and other community agencies to facilitate early support and education of people diagnosed with dementia and their family caregivers.

The successful candidate must have:

  • Client support and case management skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Post-secondary education in a health or social services discipline
  • 5 years of experience in the field of dementia care and family support
