Community Outreach Manager (Full-time, Winnipeg)

We are a seeking a Community Outreach Manager to foster community awareness of dementia and brain health.

The successful applicant must have proven skills in:

  • strong knowledge of dementia and person-centered care
  • community development and knowledge of intercultural issues
  • program planning, implementation and evaluation
  • leadership and supervision
  • community liaison, verbal and written communication
  • post-secondary education related to community development
  • 5 years experience in a related field
