We are a seeking a Community Outreach Manager to foster community awareness of dementia and brain health.
The successful applicant must have proven skills in:
- strong knowledge of dementia and person-centered care
- community development and knowledge of intercultural issues
- program planning, implementation and evaluation
- leadership and supervision
- community liaison, verbal and written communication
- post-secondary education related to community development
- 5 years experience in a related field
