Through the donation of flowers to personal care homes, Heather Vasey and Sydney Berquist, co-founders of The Posy Project, are hoping to raise awareness and support for the Alzheimer Society. Heather’s father had Alzheimer’s disease. She has been working with people with Alzheimer’s and dementia in home support for thirteen years.
“It is my purpose and passion to pay it forward, in a cause near and dear to my heart,” said Heather.
Each arrangement is placed into a glass jar and a small tag is attached to let the recipient know where it came from and what they’re supporting.
